Dario A. Martinez was born and raised in New York City by his Dominican parents. A 1998 graduate of the Thurgood Marshall School of Law, he is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey and the District of Columbia. Mr. Martinez has practiced exclusively in the area of personal injury in his legal career and has obtained millions of dollars for his clients. He prides himself in being a voice for the injured with his zealous advocacy. He is an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, The Dominican Bar Association and the ABA. He has been a Member of the Firm since 2006. He resides in New Milford, N.J. with his wife and three children.
