Hit & Run Car Accident: $97,500

rear end collision 111-18-11Gencian Gjoni fought on behalf of our client who was the victim of a hit and run accident.  She sustained soft tissue neck and back injuries that required chiropractic care. The defendants tried to minimize her injuries and claimed the judge should throw her case out of court. Gencian asked the jury for a pain and suffering award in the amount of Ninety seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars. The jury believed that Gencian assessment of the damage was accurately and awarded the client exactly what was aksed for $97,500.
