A senior associate at The Raphaelson & Levine Law Firm, P.C. Steven Gershowitz graduated from Colgate University in 1990 and Fordham Law School in 1993. Mr. Gershowitz started his legal career trying serious criminal cases as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx. Since leaving the District Attorney’s office in 1999, Mr. Gershowitz has specialized in trying cases in all areas of personal injury law, including wrongful death, construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice and premises liability/trip and fall cases. Mr. Gershowitz has been successful bringing cases to trial in every county in the metropolitan area. He has won numerous multi-million dollar verdicts for the firm's clients. When insurance companies refuse to fairly compensate our clients, Steven Gershowitz brings the case to trial so that the good people of New York can give our clients the justice they deserve. Mr. Gershowitz is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
