“My wife was walking across Woodhaven, Blvd. in Queens when she was struck and badly-injured by a hit-and-run driver. After I got her the medical care she needed, I knew I had to speak with a lawyer. A friend gave me Andrew Levine’s business card and recommended I call him. ‘He’s the best,’ my friend said.
After I spoke with Andrew he immediately sent an investigator to interview my wife at our home because she couldn’t walk. The investigator took her statement, and then went and got the police report. His efficiency was indicative of every interaction I had with Andrew and his colleagues at the law firm of Raphaelson & Levine.
After my wife had surgery to repair her knee, Andrew called several times to see how she was doing. If I had a question or concern I could pick up the phone and call him at 11:00 p.m. at night, which I often did, and he would always take the call. And, when he was busy and said he would call back, he always did within 5 minutes.
The case was settled a week before we went to trial. My wife and I were very satisfied with the outcome.
I think of Andrew and the people at Raphaelson & Levine as members of my family. I know this has nothing to do with my case, but I wanted to say it anyway. I do a lot of charity work for a private school. Raphaelson & Levine not only won my case, but after it was over they offered to sponsor a teacher who we’re now able to hire thanks to the firm. They also bought extra desks and chairs and paid to put in a telephone line. They did a lot of wonderful things for us that we never expected a law firm to do.”
