Train Accidents

Recently our office has consulted with a former head of the NTSB (National Transportation Safety Board) in obtaining expert information and guidance regarding an accident involving a Port Authority employee who was killed as a result of the Air Train that operates from Jamaica, Queens to Kennedy Airport. The resources of our law firm helped bring a $5.325 million dollar settlement to the family of the young man who was killed in this case.
