Justice Milton Tingling for New York County Surrogate Court Judge
The Raphaelson Law Firm proudly attended last week's dinner in support of Justice Milton Tingling for appointment as New York County Surrogate Court Judge. The position of the Surrogate and there relationship with the Raphaelson Law Firm in the administration of cases involving estate representatives, guardians and other special relationships is an important part of the effective handling of these New York personal injury cases.
Justice Tingling is currently a New York County Supreme Court Judge and has been an extremely effective advocate during his tenure there. In fact Justice Tingling has been recognized and endorsed for the Surrogate Position by the Court Officers and Court Clerks association. This is a tremendous endorsement in part because the Court Officers and Clerks are individuals that know the Supreme Court Justices very well and see them render Justice on a daily basis. Justice Tingling was truly honored by this endorsement. In fact, the endorsement of Justice Tingling is only the second time the Officers and Clerks association has endorsed a candidate for the Surrogate position.
New York County Surrogate Rennee Roth will retire from this position at the end of this year at which time New York will hopefully have an excellent Surrogate in the name of Justice Milton Tingling.
