Howard Raphaelson, the founder of The Raphaelson Law Firm, has successfully represented thousands of clients who have turned to the firm for their personal injury law suits. The expertise and effectiveness of Mr. Raphaelson’s lawyering skills are the foundation of the firm and the reason why the personal injury community looks to the firm to handle the most serious and complex personal injury matters.
Because of Mr. Raphaelson’s reputation in court, with defendant attorneys and insurance companies, the firm has recovered more than fifty million dollars for the firm’s clients.
A graduate of Benjamin Cardozo Law School (J.D. 1990) and Lafayette College (B.A. with High Honors, 1987), he founded The Raphaelson Law Firm, P.C. in 1992. Mr. Raphaelson Has focused exclusively on Plaintiff’s personal injury law since he being admitted to practice law.
Mr. Raphaelson is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Andrew Levine handles a wide array of cases for the  Raphaelson Law Firm including medical malpractice, product defects, general negligence, and automobile cases. His keen ability to focus on the small details while not losing track of the big picture has made it possible for him to receive successful results for the firm's clients. A magna cum laude graduate of Hofstra Law School, he was a member of the Law Review, the highest academic honor.

A graduate of New York School  (J.D. 2003) Jason Krakower has gained extensive courtroom experience in recent years. He has concentrated his practice to helping victims involved in motor vehicle accidents and premises liability, slip and fall accidents. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.

A senior associate at The Raphaelson Law Firm, P.C.  Francine Ratzken joined the firm in 1996. A graduate of Hofstra University School of Law (J.D. 1993) and SUNY Albany (B.S. 1990). Ms. Ratzken works on all matters involving personal injury including motor vehicle accidents, work injuries, and wrongful death matters. In addition, she assists Mr. Raphaelson in the management of the law office. A member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, she is admitted to the New York State Bar.
