Steven Gershowitz
A senior associate at The Raphaelson & Levine Law Firm, P.C. Steven Gershowitz graduated from Colgate University in 1990 and Fordham Law School in 1993. Mr. Gershowitz started his legal career trying serious criminal cases as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx. Since leaving the District Attorney’s office in 1999, Mr. Gershowitz has specialized in trying cases in all areas of personal injury law, including wrongful death, construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice and premises liability/trip and fall cases. Mr. Gershowitz has been successful in every case he has brought to trial and has obtained multi-million dollar verdicts for the firm’s clients. Mr. Gershowitz is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
