He prides himself in representing accident victims and has obtained millions of dollars for his clients. In fact, Narciso played a crucial part in litigating the case involving Felix Coss and the New York City Police Department. The City of New York and their attorneys had chosen to vigorously litigate this case even after video surveillance of the incident showed Felix Coss innocently crossing the street in a marked crosswalk with the walk signal when an on-duty police officer turned her vehicle and struck Mr. Coss. Narciso, along with partners Howard Raphaelson and Andrew Levine, fought tirelessly to bring justice to Felix’s name and his family. After three years of extensive litigation, the matter was resolved for 1.5 Million Dollars.

In his leisure time, Narciso enjoys playing basketball, traveling the world and spending time with his family and friends.
