$80K Sidewalk Trip & Fall Settlement

After visiting a Burger King restaurant in the Bronx, our client tripped on a raised sidewalk flag next to the restaurant and suffered significant injuries. These included back and neck injuries as well as a tear of the supraspinatus tendon located in her right shoulder. She declined surgery due to concerns about the safety of the procedure. Instead, she opted for 10 trigger point injections in the right shoulder and four steroid injections in the right elbow and shoulder. Our client completed physical therapy for her back, neck, and both shoulders. Both parties preferred meditation, and we were able to procure a settlement of $80,000 on behalf of our injured client.
