With more than seven years of litigation experience, Enrique has handled personal injury cases from intake through trial, giving him the practical experience to build strong claims and pursue the compensation his clients need to move forward.
Before joining Raphaelson & Levine, Enrique built extensive litigation experience representing injury victims in motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases throughout the New York City metropolitan area; negotiating over $1 million in pretrial settlements.
He has handled cases from intake through trial, including discovery, depositions, 50-h statutory hearings, court appearances, mediation, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. With courtroom experience including drafting and arguing motions for summary judgment and dismissal in New York State courts.
Enrique approaches every serious injury claim with careful preparation and close attention to the evidence. He understands that an accident can affect a person’s health, employment, finances, and family life. At Raphaelson & Levine, he draws on his litigation background to present each client’s losses clearly, confront efforts to minimize their claim, and advocate for a meaningful recovery.
Enrique earned his J.D. from New England Law | Boston, where he completed an Intellectual Property concentration and was named to the Dean’s List. He received his B.A. in Psychology from Lehigh University, where he earned multiple academic and leadership distinctions.
