Our client was carrying a large roll of wallpaper in an area that was supposed to have been inspected and made safe for the many contractors at this worksite. It wasn’t and he tripped on materials left laying on the floor, which should have been removed. As a result of the accident, he required surgery on both of his knees. The defendants in the lawsuit refused to settle, insisting our client was at fault for the accident. The jury agreed with us, and our client received a sizable, yet fair, verdict.
